A Series of Unfortunate Events
Because of a comment I received from Kip Nettles on one of my blog posts, I decided to give A Series of Unfortunate Events a try. And lucky I did. Lemony Snickett hit a home run on this book. I give it four and a half stars. It reminds me of a book I once read in my Gifted and Talented class called Fortunately, Unfortunately. When something goes wrong, something will go right. Unfortunately, something will go wrong again. Fortunately, then something goes right. Both books were very good. I recommend both Fortunately, Unfortunately and A Series of Unfortunate Events highly to all readers.

The Mysterious Benedict Society
The Mysterious Benedict Society is in my list of top ten books. It makes you think in ways you never have before. This book reminds me of Pringles. You can't have just one. You read, and read, and read, but you just can't stop. I give this book five stars. Wonderful.
Yotsuba
This series is all in comics. It's a manga book, which makes it all the more enjoyable. Yotsuba is a six year old adopted girl living in Japan. And let me tell you something: HILARIOUS!!! Funiest thing you've ever read. To some people, it would be considered a children's book. But to me, as long as you have a sense of humor, you'll love it no matter how old you are. I give it four and a half stars.

Mocking Jay
And yet another by Suzzane Collins. And I LOVED it! The best of the trilogy in my opinion. The most action filled, the most addicting, the most loved. Absolutely incredible. Five stars.
Catching Fire
This is the sequel to The Hunger Games. I was sooo happy when I figured out that Collins had written another book. I was very eager to read it. I went out to Barnes & Noble right away. But I do have one complaint: It was just a bit cliche. You could tell what was going to happen. But it was good all the same. I give it four and a half stars.
The Hunger Games
Best book I've ever read. In the world. It can't get any better than that. Suzzane Collins hit a home run on that one. And she follows it up with more. Wonderful. I rate it five stars. Incredible.
